Environmental: Requires ability to work in a manufacturing, as well as an office environment. Will require mobility to work with others in both settings and includes sitting, standing, walking, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, twisting.
Role and Responsibilities
- Operate lift trucks with a safe and effective manner. (20% of roles & responsibilities)
- Receive material and ensure proper documentation accompanies
- Pack out material from silo to proper weight per order.
- Perform Bulk Density testing per quality requirements.
- Stage bag shipments
- Alert Shipping Lead for any non-conforming product.
- Pack molded parts per specifications for shipment.
- Comply with all Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety policies and procedures.
- Work overtime as assigned by management
- All other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Manufacturing or Shipping experience a plus.
- Able to read and follow work instructions
- Good math, written and oral skills.
Non-Essential Skills
- Conduct inventory counts.
- File paperwork as needed
- Assist with production during downtime
